Should I have my car trucked to its destination?

That is a matter of personal preference and your needs.  The major advantage to having your vehicle placed on a truck is it will not gain all of the miles/wear & tear of the trip. Choosing an enclosed truck over an open carrier provides the added protection against the elements.

How should I prepare my car for transport?

All personal items need to be cleared out of the vehicle. Prior to loading on a truck, it will need to have no more than 1/4 of a tank of fuel.

How much will relocating my car cost?

The cost for every move is different and depends upon many factors such as: pick up and delivery locations, type of vehicle, type of move, etc.

You may request free, no-obligation quote for your move here.

Will you let me know when my vehicle is picked up and delivered?

You should be emailed by the Portal's automatic system when a vehicle is picked up/delivered, or you can log on to the web portal at any time to check the status of your vehicle.

Can you pick up/deliver my vehicle internationally?

Currently, we only offer Export services from the United States and its territories.

*Within the United States, we can pick up a vehicle from or deliver it to a port. Once at the port, we are able manage the logistics of the vehicle's shipment to the international port of a foregin country.

*When the vehicle arrives in a foreign country, we are no longer able to handle its shipment. At this point, you will need to make further arrangements for it's pick up / delivery from the foreign port to your final destination.

Where do I find my invoice, and what types of payment do you accept?

The web portal will email you when your invoice is ready for viewing. You can then log in and see it through the portal. We accept cashier's checks, money orders, and direct deposits as forms of payment. At the moment, we currently can not take credit cards, although we are working to support this form of payment in the near future.

Will my vehicle be insured?

Vehicles are fully insured and meet all State and Federal requirements for the entire duration of the thier trip. The transport driver will complete a full inspection of the vehicle prior to picking it up. It is your responsibility to inspect the vehicle upon its delivery for any damage incurred during transit.
